Named expert instructors
Every course is taught by a named, credentialled trainer — not a rotating pool of part-timers. You know exactly who is teaching you and can hold them to the standard they publish.
Professional-grade equipment
Train on the same commercial espresso machines, grinders, and drum roasters you will find in a real café or roastery. Day one on the job you will recognise the equipment and the workflow.
Five weeks of real depth
Our Professional courses run for five weeks because barista and roasting craft cannot be compressed into a weekend. You leave with muscle memory, not just a certificate.
Monthly intakes, no long wait
A new cohort starts every month, so you can plan around work, family, or funding. Small class sizes mean the instructor has time for you — not just the fastest learner in the room.
Graduate stories
What our students say
Real words from real graduates — not marketing copy.
I walked in never having touched an espresso machine. Five weeks later I was pulling clean shots and pouring rosettas. I had a job before the course even ended.
The roasting course is the real thing — actual green coffee, an actual roaster, and profiles I still use today. Jowam took me from curious to confident.
I'd been on the bar for a year but had gaps. The refresher sharpened my milk work and speed in two weeks. Worth every shilling.
